Inventory
Factory plant expansions for injection molding, warehousing, assembly and logistics yields a large increase in finished goods. In many cases orders received for non-machined standard products are shipping the same day.
Capital Equipment
Robotics, CNC, and Automated lines are added and more are on the way increasing throughput, shortening cycle times, improving quality, and most importantly staying ahead of customer demands.
Operations Team
Production, pick and pack, machinists, and assemblers for three shifts are hired and working 24 hours per day thus typical lead times are back to pre-pandemic norms.
Customer Service
Inside team members are added to assist with product selection, quicker order confirmations, and increased communication. An updated ERP and a paperless system is installed to streamline processes and further improve our customers’ experience.
